How It Works
This is a breakdown of the simple process to elevate your event with our mobile bartending services. We’re here to make the process seamless and stress-free. You can sit back and enjoy while we bring the bar experience to you.
Request A Custom Quote
Begin by submitting a Service Request Form or booking a consultation to share your event details, vision, and service needs.
Once your inquiry is received, our team will review your request and provide a customized quote tailored to your event.
We pride ourselves on delivering a personalized experience for every client. Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response as we carefully prepare recommendations for your event.
Reserve Our Services
A signed Service Agreement along with a 50% deposit of your estimated total is required to secure your event date and time. Due to high demand and ongoing bookings, all reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
While many events are booked well in advance, we may have limited availability for last-minute requests. To ensure a seamless and well-prepared experience, we recommend booking at least 7 days prior to your event.
Event Bar Planning and Management
Once your date is secured, we’ll dive into planning your bar. This timeline will vary depending on your event date and service needs. Whether you have a clear vision of what you and your guests want or need a little guidance, we’ll work closely with you to design a custom bar menu perfect for your occasion.
You'll gain access to our exciting seasonal craft cocktail menu, and can select up to three drinks to complement your event. Keep in mind, we will also serve any beer and wine you make available and simple cocktails like vodka/soda.
You bring the alcohol. We bring everything else. We’ll provide you with a detailed shopping list, complete with quantities, suggested brands, and more.
If your event is scheduled for an upcoming season, our menu options will be shared with you as soon as they’re available. We’ll also send you checklists and other details to ensure we’re fully prepared for your big day.
It’s Time To Party
We will arrive at your venue up to 1 hour prior to service for event bar set up. The larger the guest list or the more options you have, the longer setup may take. We'll communicate estimated arrival times and other details during the planning process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Event Bar Closeout
Upon the completion of service, we will ensure a complete and proper clean up of the event bar.
